Enrollment Requirements to Enter HDF

Below are the general requirements for first-time applicants (PI) and returning students (RI).

Age Requirements and Application

Meet age requirements and complete the digital first-time admission application.

Admission Process

Participate in the admission process (Pre-K through Tenth Grade). A prior payment of $25.00 is required to assess the student's academic level through interviews and reading comprehension, English grammar, and math tests.

No admission process is available for Eleventh Grade

Required Official Documentation

✓ Academic certification and copies of previous school years
✓ Academic transcript (7th to 10th grade)
✓ International students must submit authenticated grades and equivalency documentation
✓ Conduct certificate and financial solvency letter (PI)
✓ Two original birth certificates (apostilled if applicable)
✓ Copy of updated vaccination record (PI and RI)
✓ Health card (PI)
✓ Audiometry and vision exams (PI and RI)
✓ Sputum test (Tuberculosis) — mandatory for Secondary School
✓ National ID and Tax ID (RTN) of both parents (PI and RI)
✓ Four passport-size photos of the student and parents or legal guardian

Digital Registration

Complete the digital registration form (PI and RI every 2 years).

Contracts and Acceptances

✓ Sign the Educational Services Agreement (PI and RI)
✓ Sign the International Baccalaureate enrollment acceptance letter

Since 1982, we have been an educational institution that does not charge membership fees.

Payment System: 12 installments distributed over 10 months (September to June)

Non-proportional payments imply additional installments in December and May
